US Co-I Susan Foutz, The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, and US Co-I H Chad Lane, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, along with Elisa Israel from St. Louis Science Center, presented Beyond Tests: Finding Evidence for STEM Learning Where You Least Expect It at the National Science Teacher Association National Conference in St. Louis, Missouri, April 11-14, 2019. The session highlighted the work of museum evaluators and educational researchers in designing learning measures for federally-funded projects.
